Alfredo Sauce

My friend Monique must make the world’s best Alfredo Sauce.  She lives in Louisiana and I live in Montana.  I haven’t seen her in far too many years.  So, how do I know about her amazing sauce?  She was kind enough to share her recipe with me and now my family enjoys it too.  We decided that fettuccine noodles were just too heavy, so now we eat it on angel hair.  Made with butter, fresh cream, and freshly grated parmesan cheese…it is divine.  I think of her every time I make it.  Oh, and when I eat it, I close my eyes and pretend it’s fat-free!  🙂
